                                                                                                              Meet Pam, the floral artist & owner, along with husband Chet of Kowalski Flowers Inc. 

A graduate of Oneida County BOCES in Horticultural & Floral Design under the instruction of Miss Kathy Kulik, my teacher and mentor. I began my floral designing career with hands on experience working in local floral shops as an understudy for Mr. DeCarlo -North Utica Florist, Candice O'Shea- CM Floral Shop, Utica NY and Ava Cerri- Cerri Flowers, Marcy NY.

Along with my husband Chet, who purchased the former Cerri Flowers, we opened Kowalski Flowers in 1983. We say that our relationship bloomed into love and have become great work partners since then. We are truly blessed with two beautiful children, Chester III, Heather, our son in law Scott & grandchild.

"Growing up in Whitesboro NY in a large family of six siblings, I've worked in the floral industry since I was a teenager. My fathers was a watercolor artist and I believe I inherited his talent as an artist and designer. Floral designing is my passion and my mark on this earth, and I hope that people will remember me by.  I love what I do, and it shows in my hand-made floral designs. Working long hours, pushing myself to designing quality products during major holidays has made me what I am today, successful.  So... CHEERS to over 40+ years of floral designing.
